Week 1 flower growth
CJ and Kaydee love "tending" to their flower garden. Here is a picture of them "watering" the flowers about a week after we planted them. CJ says he likes making mud rivers...see below. I explained to him that there was such a thing as too much water!

CJ and Kaydee, you are doing a wonderful job with your flowers. I am so glad that you like to plant flowers. It is so much fun to take good care of them and to watch them grow and make lots of blooms. I love to plant flowers, too. I have zinnias and marigolds in the front yard. I have geraniums in the back yard. Maybe your mom has pictures in a book of these flowers. The best kind of watering is mother nature's water from the sky! For some reason that water seems to make the flowers grow even better and bigger so it is a good thing when it rains. I will look forward to seeing your garden when I visit you. Love, Mimi
