Look out Emeril!

CJ loves to cook. In fact, he says that he wants to be a chef when he grows up. He love watching the Food Network (as do Chris and I) and he will "help" in the kitchen every chance I give him. The other day, while I was cooking dinner, I had the Food Network on in the background. Well, CJ was glued to the couch watching. He was all excited about what Emeril was cooking and he was giving me all of the recipes. He was also excited because Emeril talks like CJ does..."Oh yeah, Baby!" The next thing I know, he wanted to come create a "dish" as he says. How could I refuse?

Doesn't it look delightful? I tried this...yes, that is right! Chris thought I had just pretended to try it, but no, only the love of a mother would cause someone to do this, right? Actually, it wasn't that bad! Keep on practicing , CJ! We are looking into putting him into the Young Chef Academy classes. I am waiting for the day when he can cook dinner for me!
