Guys' Day

A few weeks ago our friend, Ramsey, invited Chris and CJ to go kayaking in his new kayak...well, both CJ and Chris jumped at the opportunity! Ramsey picked them up in the morning, and off they went for their guys' day at the San Marcos River. I am happy to report that aside from one tip over, ( thank goodness for life jackets) they had a great time! Thankfully, where they were, was a very calm part of the river and despite being somewhat scared by the fall, CJ hopped right back on and went again! One of the highlights for CJ was that he saw lots of turtles and even held one! They finished the day off with lunch at CJ's favorite place, Chile's. Unfortunately, because of the water, they were unable to take a camera with them but I did get a picture before they left. A great time was had by all...Chris and CJ can't wait to go again!
